This Model is new old stock and are in very good condition and in un-opened box with numbered certificates. Unfortunately, due to the time these have been in storage, there is some evidence of tarnishing on the surface of the gold, in some places.
The deadly Aston Martin DB5, as seen in Goldfinger and Thunderball, is recognised as the most famous car in the world. In 1965 Corgi faithfully produced 007's gadget laden crime-buster, and subsequently it became the biggest selling toy ever!
This "Classics" edition was released to tie in with the 30th Anniversary of Goldfinger in 1996. Like the original, this contains pop-out machine guns and overriders, rear bullet-proof shield and the famous ejector seat.
